High availability, strongly powered machine concept, flexibility and compact design are the attributes of the de-burring machines model ST54 for back-side and face brushing for light metal wheels for the car production. Completely capsule and filtrated air cleaning and closed dust collecting under the brushing station keeps the machine and environment free from any dust. Simple and fast changeable corfile brush and clamping adapter.

The machines are build in modular technique and are basically the same design and will be used either for back-side or double head brushing machines. The opening between both machine versions allows the manual or automatic loading by handling device or robotic systems.

For the dust collection of both brushes into the sealed section we recommend the wet dust collector (magnesium content prescription) which issuitable for two machines.

As automated machine version for the integration in automatic manufacturing lines with roller conveyor belt with stop-and-go and handling for multiple purposes like the rounding of the spokes, de-burring of lock-holes and valve seats. This for both versions: STAND-ALONE and DUOMATIC WORKING SYSTEM

The design of these machines have the brushes for the back-side brushing inside and down in the table. This allows a fast loading- and unloading with a simple slide technique between roller conveyor machine and outgoing roller belt in order to guarantee lowest cycle times.
